How your total is calculated

A clear breakdown before you pay

After you accept an offer, the order summary shows the item cost, service fee, deposit, and any estimated shipping or duties before payment is due.

Total = item cost + service fee + confirmed shipping + confirmed duties

Service fee = 19% of the item cost, with a US$10 minimum.

Deposit = 30% of the item cost and service fee total.

Remaining balance = the rest of the item cost and service fee total, plus confirmed shipping and duties if applicable.

Submitting a request is free. After you accept an offer, the order summary includes the item cost and a 19% service fee with a US$10 minimum. Shipping and duties may be estimated in the order summary and are confirmed after the item check and packing.
Timing depends on the item, available buying options, and how specific the request is. Custom-made or unusual requests may take longer, and we will keep you updated by email.
If we cannot find a suitable option, we will let you know. There is no charge when we can't find it.
The 30% deposit authorizes us to buy the accepted item on your behalf and counts toward the order total. The remaining 70% of the item and service fee total is due after the item check and your confirmation, with confirmed shipping and duties added if applicable.
We support international delivery where a suitable delivery option is available. Cost, carrier coverage, tracking availability, duties, and import requirements depend on the destination and item.
Yes. We focus on personal-use finished goods that can be shipped safely and legally. We do not handle prohibited or restricted goods, counterfeit items, factory or business purchasing, or items without a workable delivery option.
It is a practical check that may include photos, visible condition notes, quantity, packaging, weight, dimensions, and final delivery details. It is not authentication or lab testing.
