Request information, including item descriptions, reference media, links, preferences, destination country or postal code, contact email, and messages you send us.
Offer and order information, including accepted items, quantities, quoted or confirmed costs, payment status, item check photos and notes, weight, dimensions, and delivery progress.
Delivery information, including recipient name, phone number, address, and destination.
Technical and service-use information, such as IP address, browser or device information, security logs, and interactions needed to operate the service.
Referral and partner information, including referral links and visits, the referral source recorded before account creation, partner invitation relationships, partially masked buyer identifiers, and commission and payout records.
Partner payout information provided for verification, including identity, bank account, tax, agreement, invoice, or related records when required.

2. Payment Information

Payments are processed by the payment provider selected at checkout. We receive and store provider references, status, amount, currency, transaction IDs, and limited provider responses needed to reconcile payments, prevent duplicate payment records, and support payment questions. We do not intentionally store your full payment card number or payment account credentials.

To create and secure your account and passwordless sign-in links.
To review your request, assess practical buying and delivery options, and prepare offers.
To provide purchase handling, payment coordination, Fetchally item check, delivery preparation, and support.

To attribute eligible referrals, calculate and review commissions, verify partner payout information, make bank transfers, maintain payout records, and resolve referral or payout questions.

4. When Information Is Shared

We may share only the information reasonably needed with:

Payment providers that process and confirm transactions.
Service providers involved in availability checks, purchase handling, issue resolution, or delivery preparation.
Carriers and customs-related providers involved in shipping, customs, or delivery.
Technology providers that host, store, secure, communicate, email, or support the service.
Authorities or professional advisers when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, payments, or the service.
Banks, tax advisers, accountants, payment support providers, or authorities when reasonably needed to verify partner information, send commission payouts, keep financial records, or meet legal and tax obligations.

A direct partner may see a partially masked identifier for a buyer attributed to their link, the commission type, amount, date, and payout status. An inviting partner does not see the downstream buyer’s identifier. Partners do not receive buyer request details, order details, delivery information, or full account information.

We do not sell your personal information or share it for third-party behavioral advertising.

5. International Service Activity

Fetchally works across international purchase and delivery arrangements. Information may be processed in countries other than your own when needed to review a request, handle purchase, complete the Fetchally item check, process payment, or arrange delivery. We limit shared information to what is needed for that task.

6. Cookies and Similar Storage

We use essential cookies for sessions, security, account access, referral attribution, and core site operation. We do not currently use analytics cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

Payment providers and other linked third-party services may use cookies or similar technologies under their own privacy policies when you use their features.

7. Retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain request, order, referral, commission, payout, transaction, and security records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal, tax, or accounting requirements. Retention periods vary by record type and service stage.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No online service or transmission method is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be promised.
