Partner Program Terms

1. Agreement and Eligibility

By joining or using the Fetchally partner program, you agree to these Partner Program Terms. Individuals and organizations with legal capacity to participate may join. You must provide accurate account, identity, bank, and tax information when requested.

Joining is free. No purchase, exclusive relationship, minimum number of referrals, or minimum activity is required.

2. What Fetchally Provides

Fetchally is a request-based personal sourcing and buying service for individual buyers. It helps buyers find and buy personal-use finished goods that may be difficult to buy where they are, especially when Asia-based buying options are useful.

Not every request can be fulfilled. Fetchally does not handle counterfeit, prohibited or restricted items, industrial parts, factory or business purchasing, or items that cannot be shipped safely or legally.

3. Qualifying Referrals

• Someone without an existing Fetchally account must use your valid personal recommendation link to submit their first request and create their account through that request. Ordinary account registration does not establish a referral, and existing accounts do not qualify.
• When a buyer submits that first request, the first valid referral link recorded before account creation determines attribution. Later links do not replace an established referral relationship, and the relationship does not expire.
• Commission is earned only when that buyer’s first eligible order is delivered and marked completed. Canceled, unpaid, failed, or incomplete orders do not qualify and do not prevent a later eligible order from qualifying.
• Each buyer can generate one referral commission. Later orders do not generate another commission.
• Self-referrals do not qualify. A partner’s own order does not generate direct or indirect referral commission.

4. Commission Amounts

The direct partner earns a fixed CNY 30 referral commission for a qualifying buyer. If the direct partner joined through another partner’s invitation, that inviting partner earns a fixed CNY 3 indirect referral commission. The invitation relationship is limited to one level.

Joining as a partner alone does not generate commission. Referral commission does not increase the buyer’s price. The commission amounts in effect when the qualifying order is completed apply. A later change will not reduce commission already earned.

There is no minimum order value for a qualifying completed order. The item value and order currency do not change the fixed CNY commission amounts.

5. Monthly Payouts

• Eligible commissions are generally processed monthly in CNY by bank transfer, with no minimum payout amount.
• Payment requires a verified bank account and completion of required identity and tax checks.
• Processing may be delayed while verification, a compliance review, corrected payment details, or a returned transfer is resolved. Fetchally will contact the partner if additional information is needed.

6. Verification, Bank Fees, and Tax

Before payout, Fetchally must verify the partner’s identity, bank account, and tax details. An organization may also need to provide an agreement, invoice, or other records required for payment.

Commission and payout amounts shown in your account are gross amounts before any legally required tax withholding. Fetchally may withhold tax when required by law. Your bank or an intermediary may charge receiving or conversion fees, and partners remain responsible for their own reporting and other tax obligations.

7. Honest Promotion and Disclosure

When sharing Fetchally, you must clearly disclose that you may earn a commission if a new buyer uses your link and completes a qualifying first order, and that this does not affect the buyer’s price.

Describe Fetchally and its pricing accurately. Do not promise that a request will be fulfilled, that an item is authentic, that a price or delivery date is guaranteed, or that tracking or insurance is always available.

8. Prohibited Conduct and Review

Do not create false accounts or orders, split or manipulate orders to obtain commission, impersonate Fetchally, hide the commission relationship, send unlawful spam, or promote requests that Fetchally does not accept.

Fetchally may review suspected misuse and delay unpaid commission while the review is ongoing. Commission arising from activity that does not meet these terms does not qualify for payment.

9. Independent Relationship and Conflicts

Partners act independently. The program does not create employment, agency, exclusivity, a salary, or authority to make commitments for Fetchally.

If you are promoting Fetchally in connection with your employment or another organization, you are responsible for disclosing the relationship and obtaining any permission required by your employer or organization. Fetchally may require payment to the organization instead of an individual employee.

10. Changes or End of the Program

Fetchally may change, pause, or end the partner program. Material changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise. Valid commission earned before a change, pause, or end remains payable under the terms that applied when it was earned.
